Where do you ship?
- All products are shipped worldwide unless a listing specifies otherwise.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- Orders are sent out within 2-3 days
- Only standard shippping is offered at this time. Please contact the shop if you need an order expressed, extra charge may apply.
- USA : arrives within 3-5 business days
- INTERNATIONAL : arrives within 1-2 weeks
What if my order never arrives or an item comes damaged?
- Due to seasonal/holiday volume, weather issues, and general strain on the postal service, there is always the possibility of delay; please be patient waiting for its arrival.
- The shop is not responsible for what happens to your package (including delays) after it enters the custody of the shipping carrier.
- Replacements may be requested within 14 days of recieving your order. When contacting the shop, please include your order number and photos of the defect/issue(s).
