Where do you ship?
- All products are shipped worldwide unless a listing specifies otherwise.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
- Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days
- USA : within 1-2 weeks
- INTERNATIONAL : within 2-4 weeks
What if my order never arrives or an item comes damaged?
- Currently tracking is not offered as all items are shipped with stamp postage.
- Due to seasonal/holiday volume, weather issues, and general strain on USPS, there is always the possibility of delay; please be patient waiting for its arrival.
- The shop is not responsible for what happens to your package (including delays) after it enters the custody of the shipping carrier.
- Replacements may be requested within 14 days of recieving your order. When contacting the shop, please include your order number and photos of the defect/issue(s).
